3. The fan is an important part of industrial air coolers. If there are common faults, the switch power should be cut off immediately and the welder should be asked to repair it immediately. Pay attention to the wire connectors during installation, and be careful when disassembling and assembling the centrifugal impeller to prevent deformation of the blade surface from colliding with the shell.
4. If the floating ball valve of the industrial air cooler is not operated effectively and there is insufficient water or water leakage in the pool, it should be immediately changed or replaced.
5. If you find that the power supply to the wet curtain is insufficient or uneven, check whether the water storage tank is running low, whether the pump is operating, whether the water supply pipeline and pump channel are blocked, and whether the water spray pipe head is located in the middle of the wet curtain. The relative height of normal watering cannot be ignored. If the water level is too low, it is very easy to burn out the equipment.
6. When repairing industrial air coolers, turn off the program, cut off the switch power, and after a period of time, static electricity induction will be formed due to long-term use. After turning off the power, static electricity induction is not easy to dissipate, so it is necessary to wait for safety before repairing.
